Four tabs. A place to start.
01Start Here
Three setup steps and a color key to get you oriented.
02Week
Monday–Sunday, 7:00–22:00 in 30-minute blocks. Dropdown categories: Focus, Admin, Errands, Rest, Social and Buffer. Text stays visible, so color isn't the only cue.
03Estimate vs Actual
Formulas calculate the gap, percentage gap and time multiplier. For example, 1.5x means something took 50% longer.
04Notes
Gentle tips to refer back to as you use the planner.
No macros or scripts. This is a spreadsheet, not an app: no reminders or notifications.
Before using AI prompts, leave out names, passwords, account numbers and confidential details. AI replies can be wrong; check important details.
